Project overview

Systematic analysis of metabolomes relies on sophisticated databases, robust software methods and powerful visualizations. These allow to process, analyze and evaluate data from high-throughput technologies. With MeltDB, an online platform for the analysis of GC-MS data was published. In this project, MeltDB will be enhanced with extensive support for LC-MS(MS) analysis, effective data mining toolsets and a real-time collaboration environment for dislocated cooperation.
