Daniel obtained his M. Sc. in Bioinformatics and Genome Research from Bielefeld University. He received his doctorate degree in March 2015 and is now an alumnus of the CLIB-GC. Daniel is a postdoctoral researcher in the Laboratory for Computational Biology and Bioinformatics at École Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne, Switzerland
